Our partners are a fast-growing Crypto/FX team with a strong media buying department and a fully established infrastructure. They are actively expanding their leadership layer and are open to several candidate profiles.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with the potential to grow into a Team Lead position. We consider current Team Leads with their own teams, Senior Buyers with previous TL experience, and Senior Buyers who are ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll join a high-performance environment with unlimited budgets, fast decision-making, and minimal bureaucracy.
GOALS DURING THE PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 60 DAYS)
• Launch and optimize campaigns within the framework of flexible probation KPIs
• For Team Lead profiles: assess existing team performance and propose process improvements
• Achieve stable performance across native GEOs: PL / UK / DE / EN EU
• Test and validate new funnels and scaling approaches
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Launch and scale Facebook and/or Google campaigns
• Work with native GEOs: PL / UK / DE / EN EU
• Build, test, and optimize new funnels and acquisition strategies
• Drive high-quality traffic through native funnel approaches
• Manage and develop media buyers (for Team Lead candidates)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Mandatory experience in the Crypto/FX vertical
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads or Google Ads
• Solid understanding of native funnels and quality traffic acquisition
• Experience managing and scaling large advertising budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with a KPI-driven approach
• Team management experience is a plus for Team Lead candidates
NICE TO HAVE:
• Hands-on experience with both Facebook and Google traffic sources
• Proven native funnel strategies and successful scaling cases
• Previous experience mentoring or leading media buying teams
