Our team of 15+ professionals helps operators, platforms, and game providers hire talent from Junior to C-level across the entire ecosystem. We work extensively with international clients, providing focused and efficient recruitment solutions to meet active hiring needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our first Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial function and drive the agency's growth. Reporting directly to the Head of TA and CEO, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and no complex approval layers. Your core impact will be expanding our active client base, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships with iGaming companies.
PROBATION PERIOD GOALS
- Build a steady pipeline of qualified iGaming leads through cold outreach within the first 30 days
- Conduct initial discovery calls and prepare tailored commercial proposals during the first 60 days
- Close the first B2B contract and secure the initial invoice within the 90-day probation period
RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Find and qualify potential iGaming clients with active hiring needs
- Run cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and industry events Manage the full sales cycle from the first touch to signed contracts
- Conduct discovery calls and negotiate terms with potential partners
- Grow existing accounts by tracking satisfaction and expanding open vacancies
- Reactivate churned clients to restore previous business relationships Maintain an updated CRM and report weekly on pipeline progress
REQUIREMENTS / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry (operator, platform, game provider, or affiliate) 2+ years of experience in B2B services sales (recruitment, HR-tech, staffing, or outstaffing)
- Proven track record of owning deals end-to-end from first touch to signed contract
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English to work with international clients Habit of using CRM as your primary working tool
