ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager with strong Snapchat Ads expertise to drive user growth and subscription acquisition. You'll own the full campaign lifecycle, work closely with creative teams, and make data-driven decisions that directly impact product growth and profitability.

GOALS DURING THE PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 90 DAYS)

• Launch and scale multiple Snapchat campaigns targeting the US market
• Test and validate creative concepts through structured A/B testing
• Achieve target CAC and subscription conversion benchmarks
• Deliver actionable performance insights and optimization recommendations

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage Snapchat Ads campaigns end-to-end: launch, optimization, and scaling
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and growth hypotheses
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and subscription conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
• Analyze campaign data and implement performance-driven improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads
• Experience working with subscription-based products and white-hat verticals
• Product mindset and strong analytical skills
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization
• English level: Intermediate+ or higher

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with additional acquisition channels such as TikTok Ads or Meta Ads
• Understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven content production
• Experience scaling campaigns in the US market
