ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are an iGaming holding with 1,300+ team members and a portfolio of 10+ projects across Tier 1–3 markets. SEO is one of our key acquisition channels, and drop domains play a critical role in our growth strategy. We are expanding our drop-domain operations and looking for a highly experienced specialist who can drive strategic decisions, optimize domain investments, and scale successful SEO initiatives.


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist (Drop Domains) with deep expertise in expired domains, PBNs, domain valuation, and SEO infrastructure. You will be responsible for building and optimizing domain acquisition and deployment strategies, developing scoring systems, identifying high-value opportunities, and ensuring sustainable ROI across the domain portfolio.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, ownership, and direct influence on business results.

GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 90 DAYS)

  • Audit the current domain portfolio and identify optimization opportunities
  • Evaluate existing screening and scoring methodologies and propose improvements
  • Develop a framework for measuring ROI and performance across drop-domain assets
  • Launch and monitor several drop-based projects with clear performance benchmarks
  • Present recommendations for infrastructure and process improvements


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and refine drop-domain acquisition and utilization strategies
  • Design and scale the end-to-end domain lifecycle process, from sourcing to performance monitoring
  • Evaluate domains and make data-driven recommendations on acquisitions
  • Develop and improve proprietary domain screening and scoring frameworks
  • Analyze backlink profiles and identify risks, manipulations, and growth opportunities
  • Build and optimize PBN and drop-site structures
  • Define infrastructure requirements and manage hosting, DNS, CDN, IP rotation, and footprint mitigation
  • Automate workflows using Python and integrate SEO data sources into internal reporting systems
  • Conduct forecasting, profitability analysis, and ROI assessments for domain investments
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Monitor Google algorithm updates, market trends, and competitor activity, adapting strategies accordingly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Expert-level experience with expired/drop domains and multiple deployment strategies
  • Strong understanding of domain valuation methodologies and risk assessment
  • Deep expertise in backlink profile analysis and authority evaluation
  • Proven experience building and scaling PBN networks
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to forecast outcomes and prioritize investments
  • Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl budget management, log analysis, and rendering optimization
  • Experience managing infrastructure for large-scale SEO operations (VPS, dedicated servers, CDN, Cloudflare, DNS)
  • Practical experience with Python automation and integrations with Ahrefs, Majestic, and Google Search Console APIs
  • Strong understanding of competitive and gray-hat SEO environments
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability
  • Excellent ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
