ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Conversion Sales Representative to work warm inbound leads and turn them into active trading clients. You'll be contacting prospects who've already expressed interest in our signal packages — via phone, Telegram, and WhatsApp — qualifying them, presenting the right plan, and walking them through broker registration and first deposit.

No cold calling. Leads are warm and inbound. You close them.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Contact and qualify warm leads via phone, Telegram, and WhatsApp
  • Present XInvest signal packages and match the right tier to each client's goals and experience level
  • Guide clients through registration with our partner brokers and support them to first deposit (FTD)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM for every lead and interaction
  • Hit weekly and monthly conversion KPIs (Lead → FTD rate, average deposit)
  • Hand off converted clients to the Retention team with full context
  • Work European time zones — primarily CET/WET hours
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • English C1–C2 or native — you'll be communicating daily with clients across Western Europe and the Nordics, both voice and text
  • 1+ year in sales — fintech, forex, CFD, or trading signals preferred
  • Able to explain financial products clearly and confidently without overloading clients with jargon
  • Strong communicator across channels: phone and messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp)
  • Self-organised and accountable in a fully remote setup
  • Familiarity with MetaTrader, TradingView, or basic FX markets is a strong plus
  • CRM experience is a plus
