PSP OPERATIONS PARTNER — Head of Payment

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are an iGaming company with 3+ years of experience, 1,300+ team members, and operations across ~9 GEOs and brands. We're building centralized payment operations expertise and are looking for someone who will be the "brain and eyes" of our entire payment ecosystem.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional operations position. As PSP Operations Partner, you will become the central point of expertise for all payment-related activities across our brands and markets.

You will oversee payment performance, analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, coordinate PSP Managers, and drive improvements across the entire payment ecosystem. Your mission is to maximize payment efficiency, increase conversion rates, and ensure stable payment operations across all GEOs.

GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (first 2–3 months)

• Gain full visibility into payment performance across all brands and GEOs
• Audit existing payment infrastructure, routing logic, and provider performance
• Identify key bottlenecks affecting Acceptance Rate and Payment Success Rate
• Build a unified reporting framework for payment analytics
• Establish effective collaboration with PSP Managers and key stakeholders
• Prepare strategic recommendations for payment optimization and future expansion

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor and analyze key payment metrics: Acceptance Rate, Conversion Rate, Decline Rate, Payment Success Rate
• Optimize routing and cascading between payment providers
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the payment funnel
• Conduct independent audits of PSP performance across different GEOs and brands
• Analyze payment trends and benchmark results between markets
• Coordinate and prioritize activities for PSP Managers
• Oversee integrations with new and existing payment providers
• Participate in launching new PSPs and improving payment infrastructure
• Research local payment markets before entering new GEOs
• Recommend optimal payment methods and providers
• Develop strategies to increase conversion and reduce processing costs
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for C-level stakeholders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in PSP Operations, Payments, Fintech, or iGaming
• Strong understanding of payment processing and acquiring infrastructure
• Experience working with multiple payment providers and payment methods
• Advanced analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Experience monitoring and improving payment performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives without constant supervision
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• English B2+ (written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in iGaming payments
• Experience launching payment solutions in new GEOs
• Knowledge of anti-fraud and risk management processes
• Experience working with international teams and multiple markets
• Advanced Excel, BI tools, or SQL knowledge
