PROJECT MANAGER (OPERATIONS)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are an iGaming company with 3+ years of experience, 1,300+ team members, and a portfolio of 10+ projects in Tier 1–3 markets. We build scalable operational processes and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and cross-functional team alignment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager with iGaming experience to manage roadmaps, coordinate teams, and ensure project delivery quality. Your key goal is to keep development, marketing, and design teams running smoothly within a unified operating system.
GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (first 2–3 months)
• Take ownership of the current project roadmap and assess alignment with timelines and business goals
• Build regular team ceremonies: daily stand-ups, weekly status updates
• Identify key risks and dependencies affecting the test launch and final release
• Establish regular reporting to management and stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation to closure
• Build and maintain the project roadmap: timelines, milestones, deliverables
• Coordinate teams: development, marketing, design
• Manage risks: identification, mitigation, contingency plans
• Track KPIs, manage budgets and resources
• Optimize processes and cross-team collaboration
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ year as a Project Manager (iGaming experience is a strong advantage)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience: JIRA, Asana / Trello, Confluence
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• English B2+ (written and spoken)
