ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager (Sportsbook) to drive the growth of sportsbook products across two active business units:
Mexico — a licensed LATAM-facing betting & casino brand
Crypto — a fast-growing international crypto-gambling product
This is not a greenfield launch. Sportsbook is already live on both projects with active betting audiences.
Your mission will be to improve sportsbook performance through product innovation, retention initiatives, user experience improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
You will operate at the intersection of Product, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, Payments, and Operations.
GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 90 DAYS)
• Conduct a full sportsbook product audit across both projects
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities impacting GGR, retention, and player engagement
• Launch the first sportsbook-focused product improvements
• Build a clear KPI monitoring framework
• Present a strategic roadmap for sportsbook growth
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Own and manage sportsbook product roadmaps across both business units
• Launch product initiatives impacting GGR, NGR, retention, and LTV
• Analyze sportsbook KPIs and transform data into actionable product decisions
• Improve the player journey from registration and first deposit to long-term engagement
• Develop retention initiatives, bonus mechanics, promotions, and reactivation campaigns
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, BI, Payments, and Operations teams
• Work with sportsbook providers and internal tech teams to prioritize and deliver features
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and local player preferences
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
• 3+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming
• 2+ years specifically in Sportsbook / Betting Product Management on the operator side (B2C)
• Hands-on experience with sportsbook products: pre-match and live betting markets, odds, player journey, betting operations
• Strong roadmap ownership: prioritization, planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong understanding of key metrics: GGR, NGR, Hold %, Margin %, Turnover, ARPU, LTV, D7/D30/D90 Retention, CPA, FTD, Active Bettors
• Experience working with cross-functional teams: Product, Tech, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, VIP, Retention
• Understanding of betting payment flows: PSPs, deposit conversion, withdrawal optimization
Nice to Have
• Experience working with LATAM markets
• Experience in Crypto iGaming or understanding of crypto-native player behavior
• Experience managing multiple brands or product streams simultaneously
• Experience with player segmentation, bonus mechanics, and sportsbook-specific promotions
• Understanding of sportsbook risk management, trading operations, and margin management
