ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Media Buyer with Crypto/FX experience to launch, optimize, and scale Facebook and/or Google campaigns. You'll join a team with ready-to-use infrastructure, fast decision-making processes, and minimal bureaucracy, allowing you to focus on performance and scaling.
GOALS DURING THE PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 60 DAYS)
- Launch initial campaigns within the framework of flexible probation KPIs
- Achieve stable performance across CPA, ROI, and quality metrics
- Test and validate at least two new funnel or creative approaches
- Demonstrate scalable campaign performance across target GEOs
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook and/or Google
- Work with native GEOs: PL / UK / DE / EN EU
- Test new funnels, creatives, and acquisition strategies
- Manage large advertising budgets and scaling initiatives
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including CPA, ROI, CR, and quality metrics
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of experience in the Crypto/FX vertical (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads or Google Ads
- Understanding of native approaches and quality traffic acquisition
- Experience with Keitaro and other tracking systems
- Experience using anti-detect browsers
- Ability to work with high traffic volumes and large budgets
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
