ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are currently looking for an SEO Team Lead to join one of our partner companies — TraffBand, a team of 90+ professionals specializing in building and scaling successful affiliate projects in the iGaming industry.
With strong expertise in SEO, TraffBand has shown significant growth over the past year, expanding its project portfolio and scaling its team. The company has also been recognized at the Ukrainian SEO Awards for delivering one of the industry's strongest SEO cases.

ABOUT THE ROLE
​​​​As an SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team, improving processes, and driving SEO performance across a portfolio of iGaming projects.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for monobrand websites, satellite projects, and PBN networks
  • Manage and mentor the SEO team, supporting growth, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Oversee content production, link-building activities, and website performance across multiple projects
  • Participate in launching new websites and scaling existing projects
  • Analyze competitor strategies, rankings, traffic, and backlink profiles to strengthen market positions

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in iGaming with a strong focus on monobrand projects.
  • At least 1 year of team leadership or people management experience
  • Strong expertise in content production, including both editorial and AI-generated content at scale
  • Deep understanding of link building, including white-hat, grey-hat, and black-hat approaches.
  • Proven experience scaling backlink profiles and managing large link-building campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and SEO-related tools
  • Experience working with PBNs, GSA, and similar solutions
  • Ability to analyze competitors, identify growth opportunities, and execute fast-ranking strategies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
