📍 Remote | New iGaming Brand (Tier-1 Markets)
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our partners are launching a new iGaming brand backed by an experienced investment holding with multiple online gaming projects. The company is currently building its first product from scratch and plans to expand with additional brands in the future.
The product is being launched on the SoftSwiss platform, with initial focus on Tier-1 markets, primarily the UK and the Netherlands. The project is currently in the setup phase, with launch planned for the coming months.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will take ownership of affiliate acquisition and traffic growth for Tier-1 GEOs. This person will become one of the first key members of the team and will play a critical role in building the affiliate direction from the ground up.
You will be responsible not only for partner management but also for traffic quality analysis, performance monitoring, payout validation, and scaling profitable partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands affiliate marketing beyond relationship management and can independently analyze data, make decisions, and drive business results.
GOALS DURING THE PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 90 DAYS)
• Onboard the first affiliate partners for UK and NL markets
• Launch initial traffic streams and campaigns
• Conduct traffic quality assessments and performance analysis
• Achieve agreed KPIs for FTD volume and traffic quality
• Identify high-performing and underperforming traffic sources
• Establish payout validation and reconciliation processes
• Scale profitable partnerships and stop ineffective traffic channels
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Attract and onboard affiliate partners for Tier-1 GEOs (UK, NL)
• Build and expand the affiliate network from scratch
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners
• Analyze traffic quality and performance metrics (FTD, CPA, ROI, LTV, retention)
• Identify low-quality, fraudulent, or unprofitable traffic sources
• Quickly react to traffic quality issues and stop ineffective campaigns
• Scale successful traffic sources and partnership opportunities
• Conduct traffic reconciliations and partner settlements
• Validate traffic quality before approving payouts
• Review payout requests and ensure reporting accuracy
• Work closely with analytics, CRM, and product teams
• Interpret performance data independently and make business decisions
• Test new traffic sources, affiliates, and cooperation models
• Optimize commercial terms with partners
• Share insights and recommendations to improve traffic quality and acquisition performance
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming / Online Casino
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets, especially UK and NL
• Existing network of affiliate partners is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV, NGR, and traffic quality metrics
• Experience analyzing affiliate traffic and identifying quality issues
• Hands-on experience with affiliate programs, tracking platforms, and reporting systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Experience attending industry conferences and building partnerships offline
• Understanding of multiple acquisition channels including SEO, PPC, Facebook, CRM, and media buying traffic
