HR LEAD — Lead / Head of People

We are a next-generation international broker (nomo brand) actively expanding in LATAM, MENA, SA, and SEA markets. Team of 300+ people, continuously scaling across multiple geographies. We develop our own platform, mobile app, and copy-trading solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR Lead to own the entire people lifecycle: from building a recruiting engine and employer brand to HR operations, compensation, and culture. You will directly influence the speed and quality of hiring — a key driver of our growth. Direct report to COO.
GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (first 90 days)
• Audit current HR processes and define an improvement roadmap
• Close at least 5 key positions; build a hiring funnel with measurable metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate)
• Launch EVP and update the careers page / LinkedIn Life
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Own end-to-end recruitment across all functions and geographies, including senior/executive roles
• Build and develop an in-house recruiting team (recruiters, sourcers, coordinators)
• Design and optimize the hiring funnel: from sourcing to offer and onboarding
• Manage recruitment KPIs: time-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost-per-hire
• Shape employer brand strategy: EVP, careers site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, social media
• Own the full employee lifecycle and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Build L&D, performance management, compensation frameworks, and company culture
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years in senior HR roles with a strong focus on recruitment
• Proven track record in recruitment leadership: built a hiring engine during rapid growth
• Employer branding experience: EVP, careers site, content, LinkedIn and Glassdoor
• Experience working in international distributed environments
• Confident HR tech stack knowledge: ATS/HRIS (PeopleForce, Workable, BambooHR), LinkedIn Recruiter
• English B2+ (Russian or Spanish is a plus)

• Experience in CFD / Forex / FinTech / iGaming / crypto
