ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a VIP Manager who will own the entire high-value player segment — from first personal contact to long-term loyalty. You will combine relationship-building with data-driven decisions, proactive outreach, and close collaboration with CRM and Product teams to maximize player satisfaction and revenue impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own a portfolio of VIP players and be their primary point of contact across all channels — calls, chats, email, Telegram, WhatsApp
  • Build genuine, trust-based relationships with high-value players through proactive and personalized communication
  • Retain active VIPs and reactivate lapsed high-value customers before they churn
  • Monitor player activity and financial signals daily — identify risks early and act on them
  • Design and manage personalized bonuses, rewards, and exclusive offers to drive engagement and LTV
  • Coordinate VIP retention campaigns and loyalty initiatives together with CRM and Marketing
  • Handle requests, complaints, and objections with speed and a solution-first mindset
  • Prepare regular performance reports on VIP segment activity and retention metrics
  • Share feedback and recommendations to improve VIP processes and internal operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years in iGaming — VIP management, retention, or player support
  • Deep understanding of VIP player behavior and lifecycle mechanics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and player segmentation
  • Strong outbound communication skills — you initiate, not just respond
  • Confident working with KPIs and hitting targets
  • Cool-headed in conflict situations — solution-oriented, not reactive
  • Tier-1 market experience — a plus
  • German B2 (Upper Intermediate) — required
