ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a CEO / Group CEO to take ownership of a portfolio of 3–6 iGaming brands in a Tier-1 region. This is a strategic role with direct board reporting — for someone who thinks in investment portfolios and regional architecture, not in the operational details of a single brand.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and execute a group-level portfolio strategy aligned with our overarching business goals.
- Recruit, lead, coach and evaluate CEOs/Co-Founders of portfolio companies.
- Strategically allocate capital, management attention, and resources across the portfolio.
- Build a cohesive management system across all companies, including KPIs, reporting standards, governance cadence, investment gates, and an accountability model.
- Maximize revenue, profitability, cash efficiency, and overall operational resilience.
- Ensure a perfect balance between growth, ROI, compliance, and execution quality.
- Collaborate with founders and investors on scaling, restructuring, M&A (acquisitions), and high-level strategic decisions.
- Identify underperforming assets early and make clear "scale, pivot, or stop" decisions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience with a strong background in the iGaming
- Extensive experience managing multiple P&Ls and diverse business units.
- A proven track record of scaling digital businesses and building top-tier executive teams.
- Exceptional judgment across commercial, financial, and operational domains.
- The ability to lead effectively through CEOs and executives, rather than relying on direct functional control.
- High ownership, sharp prioritization, and the ability to make calm, effective decisions under pressure.
