CEO/Co-Founder (Africa)

We are an established iGaming company with 3+ years of experience, a team of 1,300+ professionals, and a portfolio of 10+ successful projects in Tier 1–3 countries. We are launching an ambitious B2C iGaming brand focused exclusively on the African market — and we're looking for a leader to be its driving force.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a CEO / Co-Founder with full P&L ownership to build the business foundation, define the go-to-market strategy, and form the executive team. This is not an operational role — it's a founder role, building a company from scratch with the holding's support.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Strategic Launch & Scale: Define the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and operational roadmap specifically tailored for African GEOs.
  • Financial & P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for budgeting, financial health, unit economics, and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Build and control scalable daily B2C operations from the ground up to support rapid regional expansion.
  • Regional Partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships with key local partners, payment providers, and stakeholders, navigating regional market specifics.
  • Team & Culture Building: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering an inclusive and results-driven culture.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Implement organization-wide goal setting (OKRs/KPIs) and utilize rigorous data analysis to pivot strategies and optimize operations.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record in B2C iGaming with deep, hands-on experience launching and operating brands in African regions.
  • 3+ years in C-level positions (CEO, MD, or similar) within the iGaming or related high-risk/high-tech industries, ideally with experience managing large-scale teams (up to 500+ employees).
  • Strong ability to translate a high-level vision into actionable strategies, leveraging data for critical business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of financial business processes, marketing, legal/compliance, and risk management specific to the region.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to inspire a large organization, and the gravitas to represent the brand globally.
