ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Financial Manager with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.In this role, you will be responsible for financial control across projects, monitoring key financial metrics, forecasting performance, and providing management with actionable insights to support business growth.
GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (first 2–3 months)
• Gain a full understanding of the company's financial structure, reporting processes, and budgeting framework
• Audit current financial planning and reporting procedures
• Establish efficient budget monitoring and expense control processes
• Build transparent financial reporting for management and stakeholders
• Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Deliver recommendations for improving financial efficiency across projects
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Plan, manage, and control project budgets
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and budget discipline
• Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and management presentations
• Monitor and analyze key financial indicators and business performance metrics
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations
• Work closely with accounting to ensure timely payments, invoicing, and tax reporting
• Manage cash flow planning and optimize project-related expenses
• Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and efficiency of financial operations
• Participate in process improvements and financial automation initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in digital, IT, or fast-growing international companies is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Experience identifying and managing financial risks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• English B2+ (written and spoken)
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or online businesses
• Experience working with international teams
• Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization platforms
• Experience participating in financial process automation projects
• Understanding of multi-currency financial operations
